It's great to finally join y'all after lurking for so long. I'm never much good at the whole introducing myself thing, but I'll give it a go.
I'm a twenty one year old Aussie who's been living in Scotland for the last four years. I'm a single mother to my three year old son who is the light of my life and we're currently living in the Shetland Isles for the next couple months until we move back to Australia.
I started out writing short stories a few years ago (just for myself) and I've now entered the fun but scary world of writing my first novel which is a Scottish Historical Romance. It's a pretty select genre, I know, but I got a wealth of inspiration and ideas while living in Scotland.
Anyway, awkward part over now, and I look forward to getting involved on the boards.
