Best Health Publishers/agents to sub to?

Can anyone suggest which are the best, and accessible, publishers/agents to sub to?

Not bothered which country because the book is applicable to most.

Thanks for that. I'll have a looksy. It would be a general health target market looking at neurological damage caused by unacknowledged vitamin b12 deficiencies.

If you plan on getting an agent, you will have more options, including the big guys.

If you don't, you have more limited opportunities. Rodale might still be open to unagented submissions, but I'm not sure.

Either way, you might be wise to take a look at Jeff Herman's Guide to Publishing. (I think that's the title.) He gives a good look at lots of agents and publishing houses. But if you use his book, check his entries against the Bewares area of this forum; some agents and publishers in his books don't have the best rep.
