Some Tech Problems with my AW acct.

Well for some season I never had a menu bar if I wanted to do font, size, color or anything like that....but I've dealt with it for this long so...IDK. But I would like that fixed if possible.

Also I can upload a picture to my sig line, but it doesn't show up. What am I doing wrong?

Your lack of formatting options could be a simple settings issue.

Try going to your User CP, then 'Edit Options' then right down the bottom under 'Miscellaneous Options' make sure your Message Editor Interface is set to Enhanced Interface - WYSIWYG. If it's set to Standard then you won't get any fancy super duper formatting options

In your shiny new WYSIWYG editor there's an 'HTML' button (the angular brackets). Can you use that and insert your signature text inside the 'HTML' boxes so we can troubleshoot it?

OMG! You guys are so so awesome! I'm in love with you both.

The whole reason I let it go for years and years was because, for one, it didn't really bother me all too much. But lately I've been critting more and wanted to crit like the pros. Now I can do that.

Also the picture thing. Hopefully I'll be putting up a new cover (as my publisher is working on it now) but I still wanted to keep the old one. Anyways, a million thanks!

Okay, so since I'm on a roll I might as well mention too that my visitor messages never worked.

I tried to enable them with some help, but it's still not working. I go under the profile and it says "everyone" but like I said, no go

after you make any changes, make sure you scroll allllll the way down and hit the "save changes" button.

I missed that a lot at first.

In your User CP under the Edit Options category, in the panel with the heading Visitor Messaging, you need to click Enable Messaging, then scroll down and click the Save Changes button.
