I get lost here a LOT. I lose where I had been talking to folks and when I first started here, I got email notifications saying when someone posted to me and where.

Now I don't get those, but my email has never changed. Is there something I might have done wrong? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you. :)

Go to your options and under "messaging and notifications" there should be an option called "Default Thread Subscription Mode." I think this is what you are looking for?

More specifically, if you want to receive notice of replies, make sure this item is checked:

"Receive Email Notification of New Private Messages"

I've noticed that this particular forum software sometimes loses that setting on very new accounts. I've had to recheck it on several different sites, shortly after signing up.
