Is it wrong that at 12:30pm I am considering brewing a second pot of coffee?

His passing has had a definite effect on my motorvation today. I listened to a slew of his songs last night. Still, ninety isn't a bad run. I'd take it.
I was just about to send out a Search & Rescue Team for your butt!
You people are proliferating!!!
When I told that rude American guy to... *looks around*... *sees Vernie*... cough... 'go forth and multiply', I didn't mean it literally!
But hey, Congratulations, Chase!!! More little Chases around is always a good thing.
Sure. Whatever you say, Chase.
It's been cloudy for days here. Finally, I see a bit of blue sky peeking through while making my appointed rounds today. And I could almost hear my Grandmother mentioning a Dutchman's breeches.
It occurred to me that I'd never really thought about what or where that saying came from. I mean, just how big an ole' boy is this Dutchman? Is he wearing bell-bottoms or swim trunks? Maybe they tend to be small men?
I gave up and googled it when I got off work. Turns out that it originated from sailors, who wore fairly loose pants. Dutchmen, however, really liked their pants nice and generous...and blue. The original saying was, 'two bits of blue sky big enough to patch a Dutchman's breeches'. (or something like that...depends on who's telling the story)
It's all relative, I suppose?
I'd never heard that expression before. It's interesting. Thanks for sharing, Syn. I like learning about things like that.

A thread as lovely as a tree.
The question seems to beg of it;
When will Haggis lift his leg on it?
