Imprint of Wimbledon Publishing Company, supposedly at wpcpress.com, but that domain is gone. Current activity is at other imprint, Anthem Press: http://www.anthempress.com/

From their website:

Please note that although we do provide basic marketing for our books, we are ultimately seeking authors who are willing to take responsibility for promoting themselves and their work.

Also, please consider that we are more likely to offer contracts to writers who offer us a three-title series or more, and the writer must be able to demonstrate their ability to write well, give a reasonable timetable and storyline of three such titles, and be able to manifest their ability to deliver the manuscripts within the time constraints agreed. At this point the author will be given further instruction.

No terribly obvious red flags. There's a slight sense of being pitched at authors, but only a slight one; the covers aren't very good, but they aren't horrid; there aren't a lot of books on their list, but they don't seem to be a vanity press or one set up to publish the owners' books. It looks like a small press, basically.

(I probably wouldn't start by pitching my books at a small press, unless I were writing in a very specialised niche. I'd start with a big trade firm and work my way down.)

EDIT: As Alice says, the marketing thing (and the fact they are punting a range of ebooks about marketing your books) suggests they won't be doing any of that for you. What I'd want to know is what they will be doing in return for their cut.
