I guess I should say hi in here. Even though I've been out for a long time, I still get nervous, though, so I'm not too sure what to say. Do I make a post about my experiences or just talk about them here? A summary:

Transmale, homosexual, panromantic. Recently broke up with my boyfriend after he told me he didn't actually find me attractive and now I'm kinda just floating through space? Not that I'm bitter, I'm just . . . intangible, almost. Curious?

I'm really too focused on my novel right now to date, anyways, probably. But we'll see, as time passes.

Ours is characteristically the kind of if-it-isn't-this-it-has-to-be-that, dichotomized, either/or thinking that philosophers from earlier times have cautioned can lead to a simplistic misreading of reality. And, indeed, psychologists today have discovered it is the mark of a lower or less psychologically evolved stage of cognitive and emotional development. - Riane Eisler

Write the change you want to see in the world!

Writing exposition is like putting red pepper flakes on your pizza - the occasional burst adds depth and flavor, too much in a lump can burn the reader out.

If I could put all my typos together, I'd have enough material for a trilogy.

Most excellent! I'll proceed to make myself comfortable.

    How's everyone's week going?

I'm up in the morning after having slept for the night for the first time in weeks. Let's see how long can I keep up a normal sleeping cycle.
    Latest work:

Fiction: "Last Time" on Strange Horizons
Non-Fiction: "Fearing Hope: Confessions of a Wrecked Mind" on Caracas Chronicles

    I still poop rainbows.

I won't steal any of your ideas. I have enough of my own I'm not using.
