Paying editors for feedback can be great, but not all editors are equal, so it's hard for us to take these editors by their word.
You can send the book to agents, yes, but do know that some won't consider it at that length. If I were you, I'd read some craft posts about line editing, scene tightening, combining scenes, pacing, that sort of stuff, and see if there's an annoying little voice at the back of your head telling you that you could work on some of those. Or I'd be active around the forums until you reach a certain number of posts, then share an excerpt in the Share Your Work forums. If you're overwriting, people will tell you. Line editing can make a huge difference.
And if you're not overwriting, they'll tell you that, too, and you'll hopefully feel much more comfortable querying agents knowing that you did the best you could.
