A friend of mine is trying to join, he said he didn't get a confirmation email. I was going to suggest he use the "contact us" button, but it doesn't work. Suggestions?
We hand approve all new registrations because we're getting about 1200 or more would-be spam accounts every day; depending on when he tried to join (late yesterday or this am), we simply might not have gotten to him yet.
The "Contact Us" link seems to work fine for me; I've just tested it on two accounts.
He might also want to check his junk /trash/spam folder for Absolute Write and the address
[email protected].
Please tell him he's welcome to contact me as medievalist AT mac.com
I'll need the email address he used to join, and his AW Name.
