I was surprised I didn't see this on the AW list. I submitted to them about a month ago and got a request for the full. On the P&E says "editing advisory". What does that mean exactly?

Has anyone else dealt with them? They seem to have a few solid books out.

I think it means they offer paid editing services to a third party, most often a subsidiary ... which is usually a big conflict of interest.

I see that now looking at their site. Usually when literary agencies do that though, they keep their agency clients separate from their editing clients. But it doesn't specify that.

They seem to do good in foreign rights though.

On Pred-Ed, they have an Editing Advisory warning. But they don't have a not recommended tag, which usually means that they don't require you to use their in-house service.

Well I did some digging and found this:

That one doesn't, no. Elsewhere, it's tagged as "Breach of Fiduciary Duty", which is clear as mud. In any case, I note the author in question initially gave them a glowing Testimonial.

Stay away from Warner Literary Group...scam agency.

Colorado's writing community is small and I know that several clients have taken legal action. (The agency is just one person.) I personally know one person who was published through Hedgehog and Fox, Sarah Warner's imprint. That is a complete scam. You are better off self publishing.
