I can only assume it's called the "Water Cooler" because that's where employees in corporate office culture traditionally gather to chit-chat and exchange gossip. AW is a lot like that, except there's also a lot of teaching going on, and if there's a dispenser for those really cool cone-shaped paper cups I haven't found it yet.
