Congrats! That's a great review!
Yay! It's good to know that someone actually read it, isn't it? For me, that is the reason why I like seeing reviews. I don't even really care if the review is bad because even if it is it means someone out there has bought and read the book...
grats now all you need to do is see how many people they can talk into buying the book next. my hope is when i finally get to the print the book phase i can have my kids on FB tell everyone to go and get the book.

“Doug’s shit-faced and Pops is past that, way past and all that time I had nothing to drink and I was dying, so I finally got up the nerve to ask if I could have a beer.”
I knew it was coming.
“Pops says, ‘Sure boy, you can have a beer. You catch my fish yet?’ and I said, ‘No, Pops,’ and he pokes Doug and laughs and says, ‘We gotta change the bait. I know, let’s get us one of his goddamn Twinkie toes and put that on a hook,” and he looks at me and says, ‘Sound good to you, boy?’ and Doug’s laughing and I’m just trying to ignore 'em. I open the cooler and reach down in there and next thing I know, Pops—”
Kione turned around and said, “Dad,” like he was begging. All I could do was watch and wait for the ax to fall.
great review, I hope it will be the first of many!
may I ask how you decided what price to charge for the book?
I can't place the article at the moment, but a very informative one I read suggested 0.99 for 20k words, 1.99 for 30k words....5.99 for 70k words. My novel is 73k words, so went with 5.99.
As I am not actively marketing my online sales, (I want to publish a few more short stories and another novel before spending time and money marketing my writing online) I will look into different pricing strategies in the future.
Thanks for the comments.
