Is my Windows 7 box secure?
As you all know I did not have any security for a while. After reading about the java malware I'm worried that my PC might have something in it. Whether it's java related or something else. I took a screenshot of everything running on my machine. Can anyone let me know if they see anything fishy on my list of services? There are a lot running, it can get confusing. I put them on alphabetical order.

You look fine to me. You have some programs running that I don't have on my system, but that doesn't mean they're "bad". It just means...you have some programs that I don't.

Thanks for the reply, I looked around the tech forum and ran some antimalware including spybot. Spy bot mainly found some cookies, a few registry entries and shut down a p2p service. The p2p was a service but was on the list I posted, but apparently not running. I'm curious about that particular one. malwarebytes didn't find anything so I'm not crazy about it.
I really should start carrying a sword around like kuwisdelu

Malwarebytes will catch almost anything. If you have run a scan (and made sure its updated with the latest version) then you are secure. I would recommend using a quality anti-virus as well - Avast (the free version) received excellent scores and as a user of both Avast and malwarebytes, you cannot go wrong. Oh, and stay away from Windows antivirus. They just failed their anti-virus certification...
