My favorite movies fall into different categories of "favorite".

The one that I've thought and talked about the most: Flirting

The comfort movie, the one that I watch whenever I come across it on TV: BBC production of Pride and Prejudice

The one I almost can't stand to watch because it's so beautiful and I love it so much: Before Sunrise

The one I can quote from most extensively: Finding Nemo

Favorite one made before I was born: Rear Window

The one that changed the way I see the world: Swimming to Cambodia

The one that shaped me so much I don't know who I'd be now if I hadn't seen it when I did: Star Wars, episodes 4-6

The one I think everyone should at least try to watch: Night on Earth

The one I'd pick if I could only pick one favorite: Amelie

My five favorite movies,
Shaun Of The Dead
Scream
From Dusk Till Dawn
Warrior
Jerry Maguire

Represent! Especially Scream. Those opening 12 minutes will be remembered for decades to come.

Those opening 12 minutes are some of the tensest minutes I've ever seen, and luckily, the rest of the film lives up to them.

I'm really not a slasher movie kind of person, but Scream is so awesome that it's an easy pick on my list.
