I'm hoping that someone out there can help me with a novel I've been working on for several years now. I'd appreciate someone to bounce ideas off of as well as to give advice and constructive (but not harsh) criticism. It'd also be nice if I could get some help with the process of getting an agent and publishing my book, so experience in that area would be helpful though not required. The plot is kind of complicated, but in simple terms, it is this:

It's about this girl in the 1600s who makes a deal with Death to spare her sister from dying from an illness. She'll replace her sister, but there's a cost. Instead of dying like everyone else when she dies, she'll be born into another life and start all over again. The story then picks back up in modern day, with the girl now on her 17th life.

I'm looking for someone willing to stick around to help me. I've gone through a couple of writing partners and they disappeared after exchanging only a couple of emails. So it's been a frustrating road.
If you're interested please either reply to this thread or send me a private message. Thank you! :D
