Any forums for READERS that want to discuss novels and short stories?

    Hi,

I'm looking for some forums out there that are specifically aimed at the discussion of new and up coming novels as well as discussing novels you've already read.

I'd prefer that this forum was not aimed towards writers, but instead, readers.

    Thanks

Try Goodreads. They have some pretty specific rules against spam, though that doesn't stop writers from trying to promote themselves all over the place.

Goodreads and Amazon forums come to mind. Then there are a lot of others that are genre specific.

We couldn't possibly do that. Who'd clear up the mess?

There is a forum here where people discuss books as readers. If you scroll down the front page, you will find it.

Wow. Just google reading forums and they're all over the place.
Why did you post that on a writing forum?
