    December 2012 Blog Chain

Starting Date: Monday, December 3, 2012
Open to all forum members, even after it starts!

    This month's prompt:
    The End (of the World)

Yes, since the predicted Mayapocalypse only fails to materialize once every 500 years or so we are piggybacking on it. Write what you will about the end of the world (those disinclined to eschatology can write about "the end" in a broader sense). Hopefully, after these ends of the world as we know it, we'll all feel fine.

    Instructions:
Simply post your blog's URL in this thread to join. Each post should be less than 1000 words if possible. Read and comment on other participants' posts if you possibly can--they'll be doing the same for you!

I'll let you know in this thread when it's your turn.
Once your turn comes up, you have two days to complete your post. When you are finished, please add a link to your post on the thread. If you signed up but find yourself unable to participate or need to be moved around in the schedule, please PM me or post in the thread. If you fail to post on your blog and on the thread within two days, I'll bump you down to the end of the line on the third day; you'll get a second chance at the end of the month.

Please include a list of all participants' blogs (not necessarily their actual posts for the month) in your blog post, and keep in mind we're starting signups early for this month.

Hey, Orion. I have a favor to ask. Is there any way I could be bumped up in the schedule to near the top? I have a book coming out on the 12th and my blog is booked from the 12th through the end of the month, and includes posts that need to be at the top of the front page. If it's not possible, no biggie. But if it's okay, I'd really appreciate it. Sorry to be high maintenance!

Will you be floating amongst the fluffy, pure as the wind driven snow clouds or standing on the flaming, sandy beach with no water and flip flops?

A sandy beach with no water and no flip-flops? Damnation indeed.
