Have you tried going into amazon and searching for dance memoir? If you're market-checking, that's the easiest thing to do. If you just want recommendations for a good contemporary dance memoir read, sorry, can't think of any.

Okay, I assume you're a dancer if you're asking this question. Have you tried asking other dancers?

A Very Young Dancer by Jill Krementz is considered a children's classic. NY Times recently did a story catching up with the little girl and what happened to her after being in the book. There are relatively few memoirs in MG and YA. Good luck in your search!
