hello! it's been too many years since I've been on any sort of forum, so it all feels new to me again...(a good thing.) i won't call myself a writer, i mean, look at me--i'm too lazy to capitalize letters even. but i have been attempting to scrape out some short (flash?) fiction, which is slow going so far. my writing has previously been described as "too dark," perhaps for trade publishers and the general reading public--but i write for me! and now, for you, i guess, maybe.

i'm excited to be here :)

The pedant in me goes on major tilt at the lack of capital letters, but the...ummm...person in me says, "Welcome!"

So welcome! I hope you find a market for the dark stuff. :)

Welcome. It is exciting for you to be back!
Keep writing. You will find your genre, even if you think it is “too dark”. There is a niche out there somewhere for what you write so keep working at it.
