Anybody remember the NBA McDonald's commercials (off the roof, the bridge, etc.?) I'm ready:

"Drop the TV remote - off the back of the couch, off the top of the lamp, slide down the lampshade, off the arm of the couch, end over end, into my coffee cup. Nothing but splash."

What's worse? When I picked up the replacement the lady at the cable company counter didn't even ASK!!!!

Same Psychosis...different day.
Don't ban NF! She just got here! :D
I'm glad you are here. I need your help with the 'property' :ROFL:taxes. Ok. The total tax was 117,113.79 (pounds sterling) for the entire first five months of the year. For the last seven months of 2012 the total tax was 139,013.43 and was calculated in Canadian dollars.

The taxes are paid in U.S. Dollars.

Now, for the first 4 months of the year the tenants (Cray, Haggis and Earl (we do not talk about Earl) owed 14.37% 18.23% and 54.87% of the taxes and the Cabaret paid the balance.

For the next 3.5 months, Porter split the taxes equally with Cray, Ninak paid Haggis' taxes plus 14% of Earl's taxes and the Cabaret paid the balance.

For the last 4.5 months, however, Regdog paid 4% of the taxes, Haggis resumed paying taxes but only paid 7%, Cray agreed to pay the landlord's share of the bathroom taxes, so his combined share was 49.8%, and Earl paid 10.13% and the landlord owed the balance.

Now, after an assault on the courthouse by the nuns next door, there was an agrement to refund 8.87% of the taxes paid during the last 6 months to the individuals who paid it.

So, Cella, my question to you is..........

........where did you hide the booze?
