An Australian accent is handsome. But it doesn't push my yummy button the way a nice Midlands accent does (or a Manchester... mmmm yummy!)

Re Glee: Angel, JUST SAY NO!!!!!!!
I know I shouldn't, but... okay, I'm making a sensible decision. I'm going to watch the first episode. If I genuinely like that, I will continue until such time as I start to dislike the show. If I don't like the pilot, then I will stop and think no more of it.

Morning! It's a balmy 7F here today.

:Hug2: Sian.

I'm contemplating rearranging my office this weekend. But I need more book shelves. I see Ikea in my future.

It's 17/-8C here in Hillbilly Land. Where is summer? Where is warm weather and high humidity? Where is my passport so I can go spend the next four months with Sian?

:(

A boy two years my senior at high school and a co-worker at the supermarket I work at just passed away. Car accident apparently.

I only knew him in passing, but it makes me incredibly sad. 23 is far, far too young.

Is grateful for high today of 33F.

ION, himself has it in for my feet today. I may put him into my story to torture him.

Cue evil laughter...

I said cue evil laughter...

Oh, never mind. :badthoughts

10F when I went to work. High of not high enough.

Blueberry gets his diagnostics today. What a long half week it's been.

Good Morning Friends!

Crazy morning, but things are calmer now. I was planning on staying home and in my PJ's all day, but the weather should be nice this afternoon so maybe we'll go out for a bit. :)

And now, food!

-27°C today (-17°F), windchill of -35°C.

It's nice that it's cold, after that warm spell earlier in the month, but...this might be a little too cold even for me.

Good wishes for Blueberry!

I'm slammed with work today. Ugh. So I probably won't be around much.

Thinking good thoughts for Blueberry today, Fen.

Today is already off to a far better start than yesterday. Dogs woke me up early (boo!), but I ended up using the extra time to write. I typically only write in the mornings on Saturdays. I used to only be creative at night, but something has shifted. I may be a morning writer :Wha:, because those words came quickly today. Only down side is now I'm at work and wishing I was still writing instead.

*huggles*

I beg to differ. At least when it comes to the Sheilas. :D

QFT

I'm in a pathetic conflict Cantina. I have the weird, overpowering urge to watch Glee all of a sudden. But I told myself long ago that I would never be associated with that show. It's just one step too far into stereotyping myself.

Yeah, this is the kind of stuff I spend my time fixating on.

Why would you say this? I watch it and I'm straighter than a table top.

It's 17/-8C here in Hillbilly Land. Where is summer? Where is warm weather and high humidity? Where is my passport so I can go spend the next four months with Sian?

Quit wishing my winter away. I just got it cold enough and I may actually get some snow in a couple of days. At least let me have a week before you make it go away.

Two full sides of A4 for me and :Hug2: for Blueberry

A4?

ION: Watching a show called "Lost Girl" on Netflix. I can't really decide how I like it. Enjoying the show for the over plot and the concept, but sometimes the dialog just shoves me straight out of my suspension of disbelief. Then there are some scenes that just pull me right back in. I'm not sure about it.

Is it possible to have too much going on in one story?

Yes.

If you have a hard time keeping it all straight, then your reader will too. So either be very clear and ready to explain things well or cut some stuff.
