Once I had exhausted QueryTracker, I started perusing the author's acknowledgements in novels that were similar in time period to mine. Usually the author lists their agent. 
Query Tracker and similar sites are great, but sometimes agents represent a certain style of historical fiction: historical romance, military historical fiction, etc. It would be to your benefit to check out what kind of books they actually rep. Sometimes an agent's profile lists historical, but their sales are mostly in other genres. That's also something to be aware of.
