Seems like this copyright oversight agency is dyslexic or something. I received an email this morning from an individual who gave a positive product review to a product made by a client of BayTSP. In its wisdom, BayTSP sent the reviewer a cease-and-desist order. This is not a good way to gain good publicity for or promote your client's business.

A classic case of one hand not knowing what the other's doing, yes?

Maryn, who thinks it odd and pretty funny, too

Well, the good news I learned today is that the client apologized to that individual for the cease-and-desist letters he received which were clearly mis-aimed. No word on what that will mean to BayTSP.

Were these idiots involved in P&E's kerfuffle awhile back?

Yes, they were. We also received an apology from their client and then restored the review we were displaying.
