Got this from one of my pub loops. My apologies if it's a double post, but I thought some people would want to know.
On first glance, the sites look quasi-professional, though there are some notable typos and the like. The author who reported it on the loop said she contacted her publisher and was told neither of these sites were approved vendors. On further inspection, I discovered an out-of-print version of a friend's book listed.
I contacted this friend, who is no stranger to combating pirates, and she said to have people contact Paypal, since it is being used in accord with fraudulent activity.
Here are the sites in question if you want to check for your titles:
http://www.fantasticebook.com/
http://www.welcomeebook.com/
And here's how to contact Paypal.
