In what manner or way do they seem crazy?

Forgive me but--sounds SPAMmy?

Anything particular to say/ask about them?

A popup wesite with fixed window width--that rather put me off.

They were quite interested in one of my manuscripts. But I decline to accept the contract simply because I was really unsure about this publisher and wanted to go with one that I thought more of and was actually well respected.

She's mainstream in the UK!

Barricade is definitely edgy, but it's a well-established commercial independent that has done quite well with many of its books and gets both industry and critical attention.

not published yet, still in the writing stages, but they liked the proposal. Sorry for the delay on this. I thought of you the other day when I was talking to Ann Rule and Sue Russell.

I am starting to look at small presses and was wondering if anyone here has had recent interactions with them or has anything to add. I know this is an old thread, but if anyone knows if they offer any advances, that would be great to know. Thanks.

Recently got an R saying they're not taking on new projects at this time.
