If someone is so untalented that they need to steal someone else's words, perhaps they're not meant to be a writer.
This is your second post (that I've seen) asking about stealing someone else's words, which makes me think you're perhaps trying to justify plagiarism. You know, asking the same question a few different ways until someone gives you an answer that fits your world view.
Could be I'm wrong, though.
