I am looking for 'case studies' in interpersonal communication, business communication and also in inter-cultural communication and would greatly appreciate some assistance please.
So far I have found two types:
1) Case studies in text books - which tend to be old and out of date.
2) Case studies on websites - usually by consultancies bragging about what wonderful service they have offered clients.
I'm looking for something more objective and less commercially driven, and hopefully more up to date.
Can you please suggest places?
Are there databases or indexes or similar of case studies in business communication or interpersonal/inter-cultural communication or similar?
