Hello all you talented writers you! 
I'm J.B. Kantt, and I'm a new member to AW (although I've been reading the threads for a couple weeks now). I absolutely LOVE the idea of being able to share my experiences and hear from other writers' experiences in the publishing world (or in my case, trying to get into it). I'm currently a (very busy) college student who LOVES LOVES LOVES to write whenever she has the time to! I also LOVE LOVE LOVE music! I guess you could say that Music and Writing are two of my passions in life.
Though I know that we'll all have our ups and downs (and downs, and downs, and downs with query rejections) when trying to snag an agent or catch the eye of a publisher, I truly believe that any and all of us can become the successful authors we want to be with hard work and dedication (and okay, I'm not gonna lie ... who wouldn't like a little bit of luck on their side too?).
Well, I think that's it for now about me ... oh! I also have a blog (http://jbkantt.blogspot.com/) called J.A.Y.A.! (Journey of an Aspiring Young Author), where I've been documenting my journey about writing as much as I can in between school and my social life, editing my manuscripts whenever I can find the time to, and trying to find the perfect match for my second book (my first is currently shelved, for now).
