I belong to another forum (well, belonged, I'm never going back) and the people there actually insult people and put their work down every time someone posts. And here's the kicker: they verbally assault people on their first post. Would you feel welcome if you were insulted several times on your first visit to a forum? Would you go back?
I double my vote on how awesome this place is. Everyone is friendly and courteous, the criticism is constructive vs. destructive, and, most of all, everyone wants to see the other succeed.
So thanks, you all, for being so amazing.

That sounds like a horrible place, randi! I would hate to hear how they defend the forum if anyone criticizes it.
