It seems to be the relatively standard authors-who-self-publish-who-call-themselves-a-press except they aren't putting effort in getting new authors and they seem to be selling themselves as technology experts rather than authors. Which is odd.

Definitely not something for an aspiring author.

There is nothing to suggest that they are seeking submissions.

Actually, the contact us page does dance around the idea:

But it certainly doesn't seem to be their focus. The website seems more aimed at selling their own books with the dressings of a small press around them.

OT: Am I the only person who keeps reading Onyx Neon as OxyMoron?
