Did someone mention my name? :D

I'm supposed to be working but this file is boooooooooring and I'm falling asleep at the keyboard. :e2thud:

*tacklehugs the Sparkly One* :Hug2:

Sorry to here that your mom is feeling so ill, Ted. :/ I'm glad she's not in a lot of pain, though.

*wonders why there's a stripper pole in here*

Look, if fish - who are universally stupid - can be brain food, than sheep can certainly be brain food.

Not that I am encouraging people to eat me, mind you.

:D
No, I get you. I think what you're saying is that you're only slightly smarter than fish, right? :D

Speaking of brains... (no, not braaaiiiinnns :tongue)

I took one of those online IQ tests yesterday. And I only scored average. :e2bummed:

I was crushed.

Crushed. :e2cry:

I am considerably smarter than the average sheep.

:D

And online tests are wildly inaccurate. Real measurements of IQ involve a lot more than multiple choice answers in a short time frame.

I took the afternoon off, but only because I had a migraine come on. I still tried to grade papers at home, but I finally gave up on that and am now sitting here more or less in the dark as the headache fades.

I'm not even pretending to right, at the moment.

Because of the sub-par people I work with, I generally don't worry about my own IQ.
See, that's why I figured I'd get above average. I mean, there are a lot of people in the world like the ones you work with, Ted. I thought sure they'd make up a large enough portion of the population to lower the bar on what was "average". Or...wait, how would that work?

My only average intelligence brain can't think this through right. :tongue

That's what I keep telling myself.

And yet I keep focusing on that number. :Headbang:

You know I'm going to take it again until I hit what I find acceptable. This is why I shouldn't be introduced to things like this. And I almost didn't take it for this reason. But then I thought...what the hey?

Oh God! What if I score lower next time? :e2thud:

Point me at it, Soapy.

I know where my IQ scores, and I can tell you how far off it is.

Just as long as the test doesn't take very long. Limited patience.

:D Just answer the opposite of whatever you answered before. You'll either be a genius or just above a rock. Good luck!

It should be said again that most internet tests are also fairly gimmicky.

Like my one employer who arranged the scantron answer sheet backwards. I just wanted to hand it back to them and go, "Really? This is your screening process?"

I did not, though.

I'm a dragon, I don't care what my IQ is. If I'm too dumb to figure something out, I just char it.

Speaking of IQ makes me think of bbq, which makes me think of newbies. Sheesh, I'm hungry...

It took me about 15 minutes. I would have taken longer to figure out a couple that I was stumped on but I was rushed and figured eff it, I'd just guess.

I'll send you the link so you can test it!

 That's not a bad idea.

Eh, we know you're smart, Soapy. No need to take a stinking IQ test. Though I am waiting to hear what the sheep got. :D

That's the best kind of questions, the ones you can make up an answer for!

*gives bos 20 more points just for taking the test*

:Hug2:

The sheep scored 20 points below where I know I am.

And is convinced some of the questions do not, in fact, have real answers.
:e2woo:So, if the same applies to me, that puts me at the above average intelligence level. :hooray:

You guys are the best. I feel much better. :D

And Soapy, having taken the test, it's really inaccurate. There's no way to assess IQ in only 20 questions. They did, at least, have a variety of types of questions, but there weren't enough of each of those types by any means.

Definitely not something to worry about.
