And this from LEGO, whose original sets were as gender neutral as they come??

*sigh*
Honestly, I liked it better when they were less...brandy(?) with the movies and themes.

You know, like when it was just "castle" or "spaceship" or...well, you know what I mean.

Damn skippy.

They cost a whole lot less back then, too.

Hi folks

We got an inch of snow, which is the most we've had in about 2 weeks. This is an area that usually has about 3 feet or so on the ground about now. Mild winter is good winter.

Is anybody else getting a bunch of food poisoning issues in their area? Seems like everybody I know is having food poisoning or their kids are or a family member got poisoned. WTF? Makes me want to stop eating raw pork sandwiches for a couple of days.

You know, in some cultures, barfing on somebody is a way to express love. And there are some men who will pay lots of money for a pretty woman to barf on them.

There's been a ton of food poisonings in the area. People at home, restaurants, whatever. I had some friends who got drunk and decided that the chicken wasn't cooking fast enough. That was their fault, granted, but still.

*sighs wistfully*

We have one, ONE, good gyro place in town, from what I have heard. And it is not in a convenient location.

:e2bummed:
 Sacrifice you make for a small town?

We had an awesome place in a gas station of all locals. But it's gone now.

Though, we have several others. :D

Here, there, everywhere.
When I was a kid, my fave Legos were the Fabuland sets. My kidlets play with them, now. :)

Speaking of kidlets, the little kidlet is sick again, feverish, this time complaining of a sore throat and painful ears. :(

And the Reese's Miniatures my sweetheart sent from the US are now over.

AND, I've had coffee, but I want more of it. *sigh*

In Fargo, gyros come to you. No, seriously, we have a place that delivers. :D

Sorry about your little one, Sara :( It must be really hard seeing your kid sick.
