This reminds me, I work with a guy who is a vanilla person with not much of a personality at all. we've been teasing him like crazy for the past 6 months and he's starting to come out of his shell. So, now we're trying to convince him that a golden shower will help with is eye problems and every other problem he runs into.

I keep telling him I'm here to help, but he doesn't buy it.

His wife thinks it funny as hell. She laughs all the time about it.

he cant be that stupid though! hehehehehehe. I'm pretty damn gullible at times and even i wouldn't fall for that!

I keep inventing stuff for him to try. The Eskimo Surprise, etc, etc. I'll admit, I'm kinda mean to him, but we laugh like crazy at the stuff we come up with to suggest to him.

So now I gotta go back to work. Joy.

At least your job seems to have some interesting things happening with that new guy. All my co-workers talk about is weight watchers new stuff and news... FUN!

Good! so "GIMME GIMME GIMME"

It was good. I didn't notice any blaring mistakes in the quick read I gave it. and truthfully, I don't want to dig in and find mistakes, as that would ruin the tone and affect it had. Nice quick, action read.

I'll get cracking on Third Pukse and a few other stories lining up in the universe - right after I get finished with my zombie prompt story, The Midnight Box, Fire On The Suns, Gated, and whatever else gets in the way this year. Shouldn't take me longer than, um, 90 days or so at a thousand words per day to complete all that.

So, boss man calls me into the office today...

Boss: I have good news and bad news.

Me: All of your news is bad, you just think because one isn't as bad as the other one, you can call it good.

Boss: Whatever. Good news- I fired **** so that should make you happy. Right?

Me: Estatic. She was a loon. I spent every shift wanting to strangle her.

Boss: Bad news- I'll have to cancel your vacation.

Me: But it starts tomorrow. Wth?

Boss: I know, but we're short by two people as it is. There's no way you can take it now.

Me: And it's my fault that you went on a firing spree?

Boss: Hey, you're the one that said you wanted her gone.

Me: Oh no, don't lay that one on me, you have never listened to me before.

Boss: She missed five days in a row without any reason. She's gone, you're vacation is axed- deal with it.

Me: Fine. It's your call, but keep this in mind. I have been working through last year and the holidays with no "time" off. And right now I feel like running down the aisles, mindlessly screaming and hacking people up into small pieces.

Boss: *stares at me* I'll get someone hired right away.

*hugs* Your boss is a big @#*%)@# @@!%@ !!(#)$&, Night.

We can sic Ted and Greg on him.

For a minute I read that as...*hugs* your boss...

Thanks, Abby. hopefully I won't have to wait too long to try and take it again. I wouldn't want anyone to get charred, or have Ted and Greg come after them. That could get messy.
