And that's exactly what she did.

Bought another $20 in groceries this morning (lettuce, tomatoes, green onions, garlic, taco sauce, chive & onion cream cheese, onion bagels), a charcoal pencil set, and a small sketch pad (I used to be pretty good at drawing portraits and am going to try to recapture some of that - I did a decent mechanical drawing this week for an assembly in an attempt to try to better understand it) and am now having a beer at CJ Moloney's.

For a moment I read that as "bear at CJ Moloney's."


May be time to get the glasses checked.

Mine are so bad I'm looking over the tops of them while typing this. Eye exam on the schedule for sometime in May.

If I look over the tops of mine, I can't see anything. Least not clear enough to decipher.

Problem is, if the glasses are off enough to need correcting, I'm not sure I can afford to replace them. Contacts are still cheap, thank god.

I don't wear glasses.

I wear sunglasses. But I mostly just use them as a headband.




I know that wasn't terribly interesting.

Of course, given your locale and it's reputation for lack of sunshine, they're probably just for fashion's sake anyway, right?

No, no, outside and in the car I wear them on my face. It's everywhere else that they are a headband.

Is that so you don't forget where you put them down?



Not that such a thing has ever happened to me....

Even when I take them off I still feel them.

Like their ghost or something.
