Hounding After Hours

good morning.

I work with a guy who is in the middle of some kind of break-down and he's freaking out. He freaked out last night again and now I get to go to work and see what kind of mess is waiting for me there. And then there are the people who call in to deal with. I'm so happy.

I wish it was good enough to put on youtube. Sadly, it's just some guy in his early 20's who has no idea how to handle life. He's ADHD and smokes way too much weed to calm down at night. He has no problem talking trash and messing with people when he's getting sales and doing well, but when he's not on top he can't take it like he dishes out. So, he's freaking out and being a little bitch. I found out last night he's threatening to go to HR and bitch to them.

I've tried talking to him but he really is off his rocker and he needs to go see a doctor to get meds. Right now his brain is just spinning.

How exactly would it be HR's problem? Moreover, aren't there drug tests and things you have to pass? If HR came to me and said "Have you been harassing So and So," I think my first response would be, "Have you drug-tested him lately?"

Well, the fake hawk is doing nothing to scare away my squirrels. I think I just saw one snuggling with it.

Which means I might get my fake snake this weekend.

Or else, we might just give up and surrender to them.

Do you have a snake skin handy?

The smell or look of it might keep them away. Just a thought. That or you get one of those feeders that spins and shoots/rockets the squirrel through the air...

No, no snake skin handy.

And I doubt they'd pay attention to *any* kind of feeder, seeing as the neighbor next door is doing a nice job of feeding them intentionally already. It's why they are so unusually fat and unafraid of humans.
