Ahem. Haggis and I have been busy electrocuting welcoming her. She's just being quiet is all. Tomorrow she'll be just as noisy as ever. I know it. I just know it.

    Yeah, but they're only 1 1/4" tall. . . . .

    How scary is that?

And by the way, I have no idea why Angie thinks I have to wait until the numbers turn.

Has anyone seen a stray Chihuahua cavorting with a Zebra around here?

    We. Do. Not. Cavort.

It's more of a caper than a cavort, really.

I know! I've been missing AW lately. Winding down one part of my life and ramping up the next. Feeling kinda homesick.

So. Since we're being nice here in the Cabbie (well, nice for us), I'm too brain-dead to do anything productive, and there ain't nothing good on TV, I've been taking a spin through some old locked AW flame wars that resulted in someone getting banned.

    My thoughts:

    (1) Where do we find these azzhats?

    (2) Thank you, Mods. I don't think I fully realized until now what a thankless job you have. << An actual sincere statement. Get it while it's hot.

    (3) I've started mentally nominating some of these people/threads/posts for awards. I haven't even scratched the surface of the TIO forum yet, so I'm in no position to nominate posts in multiple categories yet.

However, I do have a nominee for "Person Demonstrating Greatest Likelihood in her Welcome Thread of Eventually Being Banned." Although she was banned a while ago, I'll leave out her name. But her post is too awesome not to share. With apologies to our own dear Reg, here it is:

I see your little anime now so I take back the not saying hello thing, but come on, don't start with the rules as your very first 'welcome' post. Okis?
    BWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!
    *wipes away tears of mirth*
    BWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!

Oh dear. Oh deary dear dear dear. Reg, I hope you laughed as much as I did when you first saw that post.

It's far too easy to waste time on AW. (Although weirdly enough, I actually did get a lot done today.)

That is a rather dangerous thing to do around here.

And Cass: You do know, don't you, that wading through TIO kills more brain cells than all the drugs Porter's on combined, right? I ask because I care.

For all the world, that says you found a mason jar under the seat of a 62 Chevy pickup, you tried to get a spot off the bumper and you spilt it. If I am right, just shove me out the door. LOL!

I'm pretty sure that makes too much sense to be what he really said.
