I really have to wonder why the new girl thinks RT has a better chance at catching a bat for that feline than she does?

...or for that matter,

"Hell hath nothing like a woman," scorned RT.

ETA:

or maybe it's part of a dialogue in a bad romance novel (entitled, of course, "Hell Hath Nothing"):

She sighed and looked away. "Hell hath nothing."

"Like a woman," scorned RT.

*One should note, however, that punctuation trends in the English language are continuously changing and that the sentences that people fawned over back in the late 1700's are not the sort of things we aspire to in today's writing, as a matter of fact, you only have to go back into the mid 1960's to see very successful writers in best selling American novels going on and on endlessly for pages at a time with out ever using a period because

Now, see, here's another instance where it's all about the punctuation.

E.g.,

Hell hath nothing like a woman scorned, RT.

versus

Hell hath nothing like a woman-scorned RT.

I'll punctuate how I want, thank you :wag:

Game's not over yet, Porter. Lesse... hate's on first. Angst's on second...

I dunno.

I'm trying to remember...

I think it's Jack Kerouac's The Dharma Bums (1968) where he begins his first sentence on the first page of text and never finishes it until two and a half pages later.

They won't let us get away with that anymore. =(

Good. Jack Kerouac was unintelligible.

I am going to find out where you live. And I am going to hurt you.

Is that what modern witches ride instead of a broomstick? :D

And, Haggis? I left instructions with my attorney to ship Haggis to you if anything happens to me.
But I'm deathly allergic to cats. :(

Oh, and Cass? There'll be a trailored bass boat in the driveway. :)
