*leers at SR's legs*

Is it just me, or are the dudes on this thread dressing a bit on the skimpy side these days?

GAH!

Kelly just sent me a rep message that's far to painful to even think about.

I believe I'll just go and lie down somewhere.

Winter really has nothing to do with syrup ... it's spring.

looks like we'll get about two gallons of syrup for this first run.

Sap flow mostly when nughts are below freezing and days at least in high forties. The problem is the sudden warm spring without the freezing nights.... last time they had something like this was 1980.

Our syrup season being about a month behind Vt really does not look to them as an indicator. I don't see sub freezing night until about five days from now so it still ain't lookng all that good.

Full of sausage.

Nice. My favorite thing. Meat. :D

Just because I've never asked...
How do you like your beefcake? ;)

Interesting. I knew the cold had something to do with syrup -- just couldn't remember what exactly.

Looks like it'll just be sausage for me then. :e2brows:

I like my beefcake well-done, crispy on the edge, and with syrup on it. ;)

I've literally never seen a loaf of ketchup in my whole life.

*still trying to figure out how ketchup came into this thread to begin with*

sausage...naughty double entendre
syrup...brings to mind certain salacious possibilities
ketchup...just kinda brings me right back to kindergarten.

I mean, what kind of thread is this, anyway?

No, I wasn't particularly keen on kindergarten. The boys were all so timid and ran away every time I tried to trap them in the coat closet. And I don't care for ketchup -- it's a sin to douse perfectly good meat with it, and I'd rather have salt and malt vinegar on fries. I'm confused by this ketchup motif.

Edited to add:

Don't look at me! I'm new here. ;)
.

Pfft. You're not new. You were just trapped in the basement for a while.

We were talking about meat and condiments. Ketchup is a condiment. Heck - it's a side dish too!

Somehow I don't completely buy that. No one offered to put you in Cray's chair. I think you've been here before :D

I put ketchup on my ketchup. :D:D:D

I love ketchup!!!
