Just made my weekly trek (1 whole city block) to the library to return my holiday reading and check out any books on this week's list they might have.
Our public library is housed in a tiny building with no space for a reading room so they don't carry periodicals. Patrons leave old mags and journals on a table in the lobby for anyone to grab if they're so inclined. I've contributed many, many mags over the years but rarely find anything of interest to me.
Today, I scored. I picked up:
13-older (2002-2009) National Geographic mags
10-2011 The New Yorker
'cause, yanno, a girl never has enough reading or research material.
