Also, I need, in no particular order:

One orbital nuke platform.
One portable hole.
One well-trained xenomorph.
Several crime-scene clean-up smibbles.

And an iron-clad, rock-solid alibi.

For a project.

I can provide an alibi, but you have to provide video of your project!

I'm feeling all accomplished today. Managed a Costco, Walmart, and USPS trek. And then did a couple of loads of laundry, cleaned up the house, and wrote 2300 words. 900 more words and I can collapse, a happy panda.

And I'm going to pretend that no one mentioned loathing Joss Whedon in here. Or the Buffy musical episode. *puts her fingers in her ears and sings loudly*

This is from Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood. Not to give too much away in case some folks reading this don't want plot details spoiled, but a dude uses magical fire to roast a woman alive until she literally turns to dust. Oh, and she's screaming in agony the entire time.

Seriously, if you want to watch it, go right ahead. Probably won't be as hard to watch for you as it was for me, but still...

Really the entire scene it happens in is pretty hard for me to watch. Maybe I'm just a total pansy, I dunno.

English dubbing makes me sad. I still haven't had a chance to watch the new FMA version. But, I've heard good things.

The violence of the scene doesn't really bother me, but not much fictional stuff does. Real violence can. Like that guy whose face was chewed off in Florida a couple weeks back...*shudders*

 She may have been trying to lure you into something. She's so tricky.

I've got a long drive and, if things go according to plan, a large burger ahead of me in the next few hours. It's like yay.

Yay for the burger! :D

I'm still up, but it's my own darn fault.

And the kittens leave tomorrow. :( I must go cuddle them for a bit.

And I see you going Valley Girl, but with a tactical shovel. You'd be a pop hit.

I've always DREAMED of being a pophit!

Back from work :) *jumps into the cantina*

Today is an awesome day. Not too hot, not too cold, I woke up rested this morning for the first time in ages, I haven't been yelled at once, and the gym is giving me a huge break in membership fees.

*pours water into teapot* And I got a whole 1,500 words written on the new WIP!

So a good morning then :) That's great.

Good morning cantinas :Sun:

That's not a sun smilie, that's Sians' bonfire. I may need said bonfire later. We are told to expect a month's worth of rain here today. I got woken up at thunder o'clock, so I guess the forecast is correct.

:Hug2: for 10s. I guess you didn't need my note then? Save it for next time.

Thanks guys. After posting that I had a severe case of the exhaustions and I fell asleep on the couch, with Timmy on the ottoman next to me. He's doing okay. I have to keep an eye on him in case his kidneys can't process the load of chemicals, but the little bastard is okay :D

*hugs him and Anya*

*hugs everybody*

Happy survival of rehersal, June.

And Bugz, did you read my whole post? No loathing of the Buffy musical.

Well, I got a little bit worked on my current WIP. I also made another blog post. Yay. I think I'm getting better handle on Tumblr. Now, I still have to decide on what type of tone I want it to have? (Funny/Snarky, Serious Somewhat, etc.) Decisions, decisions. Maybe I can find a way to incorporate both types of tones.

Ali, where do you live? It rains almost as much there as here.

Almost.
