Patience is often born of waiting to fester fully.

It cant even fester in my compost due to the cheese. Dire.

Could be worse. It could have asked for exclusive dating privileges.

Multiquote, in smileys

Everyone, I'd like to introduce you to the brocoli and cheddar I heated up two nights ago. It was patiently waiting for me until now, right where I left it, in the toaster oven. Festering, but patient.

I knew I wasnt hungry :(

At least it wasn't staring at you. Unblinking.

If it blinked, wouldn't that be more disturbing, on account of the fact that a veggie-cheese combo had spontaneously developed eyelids?

:Wha:

Could be worse. It could have asked for exclusive dating privileges.

Btw, He emailed my friend again today. We continue to feel sad for him.

:e2smack:

In other news, I was voter 63 at my polling place. At 6pm. :gaah

CM, you did get Shoe in your quote book, yes?

Can we be renamed? 'The Cantina: Where broccoli and cheese never asks you to be exclusive.'

I love this place.

I missed one?!

*goes back to research previous posts*

Also, Broccoli and Cheese is a great name and must be implemented. Who do we petition?

Speaking personally, there was nothing at stake today. I did not vote. My attempt to educate myself about what few candidates there were on my side of the ballot ended in fruitlessness beyond one of the AG candidates being a woman, and Bob Casey Jr up again.

I may not like Casey a whole lot - and I don't - but frankly his opponent looked shiftier than usual and didn't stand a chance in heck.

Had I been a registered member of the other party, I might have voted. Though who for I have no idea. None of the people I liked - which was only one of them - made it this far. The rest would only get my primary vote for giggles sake.

I will vote come November, but there was just no point today.

Also, this song is now stuck in my head. Why does my brain do this to me?

I tend to always vote.

But, in my newly redrawn congressional district, we have the Altmire vs. Critz vying for the seat, so I think that should be enough to get folks out, you know?

Then again, I think the Dems may be the minority party in my ward...

not here, I swear
I saw one of my friends list her as a favorite author and ordered a book by Ilona Andrews. Will I regret this?

Also, why the hell was the kindle edition more expensive than the paper version? Four dollars!

That's cute Bugz. What will you name it?

Andrews is pretty good. UF is not really my thing but I enjoyed one of her books. I got it at a library book sale though :)

We seem to have new neighbours. They appeared to have small children. Hurrah for no 18 hour music blasts!

ION, I have to go fire up my new plastic money card at teh ATM. My life is full of thrills.

Only if it has a slightly horrified face as it nods.

I adore the Andrews team. I've put off reading the Edge series for fear I will run out of good things to read and need reinforcements.
