What's the tolerance threshhold for smacking a company upside it's corporate head? I walk out of the doctor's office Thursday and get a call. It's from the pharmacy and they are just dying to get my insurance info. Um, can't I give it to you when I come in? Say, when I'm not walking to my car and driving home, ffs? Of course, they agree to this reasonable plan and I say I'll bring it when I come in later in the week. And btw, I only want drug X and not Y filled. Okay the person says.
I get there this morning. Wait for five minutes while the pharmacist helps some guy find something the next town over and gives him directions and I don't know what. He finally is ready to help me and after searching, shows up with drug Y. Only drug Y.
I tell him I need X and that I'd said on the phone that I didn't want Y. He searches the paperwork and computer and says they never got an order for X
So why didn't the dummy calling me the minute I stepped out of the office tell me that?!? Wtf?
And now I'm waiting at the bank and there's only one financial service person who is swamped. Today is NOT a good day for errands.
Also, boycotting Rite Aid. Idiots.
