And with that the chain comes to an end. If anyone who was bumped would like to make a redemption post, do so now.

I'm just getting back into the swing of things after some minor surgery Monday. If I haven't commented on your blog yet, I will!

i tried writing a message on your blog but for some reason it wouldn't let me. So i'll do it here instead

Great descriptions. I love imagery like that.

I'm with April though. I want to know more. I'm intrigued and annoyed, and if this was a sample to a larger piece of work then i would be hook line and sinker

I had a similar problem with some blogs, but I like to say that all of them were excellent.

    Ditto!
Making the transition between the unconscious mind and consciousness is something
I'm working on in my WIP.
Good job with this, I was on the edge of my seat.

This is another one where I'm essentially blocked from commenting.

I've had the cycling nightmare thing on codeine - not pleasant!

Thank you for your comments everyone. I don't know why the comments aren't working for some. I have a plain ol' Blogger blog.

I appreciate all the comments. I'm afraid though, that in the end, the story was a big fail. I was in a hurry to have it done by 7pm that day and in my edits left out a few lines that I think would've made the story clearer.

It's a self-contained piece. The narrator is having a dream (a winter nightmare) where she is being hunted by forces that wish her ill. In the end, she awakens to realize she is dying from a fatal disease and is under heavy medication. In the end, she lapses back into her nightmare.

Oh well, better luck next month.

If I've missed anyone's blog, I'll be taking care of that today and tomorrow. Thanks again.
