Purgatory's SPit Shine

Hmm...partially shiney...I get it. Not too much to report other than my freelance job is showing some very good life signs, and I'm starting to ramp up production.

After a crusade that lasted months, I convinced (begged and pleaded) two of my publishers to lower my e-book prices. That has now happened.

When my old computer went south, it took the last 30 or so pages of my latest distopian fantasy with it. I've been bitching about it ever since. I've finally decided (duh) to just get back into that story and rewrite/finish those pages manually from memory, instead of fretting over this real slight.

What do we serve in this joint? What about decor? Hmm...it must have chrome furniture, slightly rusted, wot?

i cant say too much- but an offer in on the table for my manuscript...it might be two months before I can announce anything- IF- it goes through the way it is supposed too. Sorry to be cryptic but there are a lot of moving parts involved- suffice it to say- revision was loved!
unsure what happens next- lots of negotiation...i suppose
