Delete your cookies, and then look for registry entries pertaining to your core kernel that have the startseed @##+1 - these are usually PERNS left over from uninstalling operating systems. Delete them. Then go into your defragmentation program and defrag your RAM--it's probably full if you don't empty it with defragmentation every so often. Remember to put your most-used programs and files at the back of the hard drive, in case it crashes. If a hard drive crashes, the information toward the front usually flies out the window and is forever lost, but the important stuff in the back will just go forward a bit.
