Words cannot explain it. Even his voice is... Wow. Can't wait to see him as Smoug (Smaug? Can't remember :p) in The Hobbit.

I think it's Sherlock really... for me.

You know, The Hobbit? It's sort of a LOTR prequel, you could say. Benedict is the voice for Smoug the dragon. Martin Freeman is in it, too. :) He's Bilbo.

A world of pure imagination...
Yes David is my favorite, but I do really love Matt, too. I mean... That scene in Time of Angels (...I think....) where he comes back to Amy when she's sitting there with her eyes closed... *sniff*

I want to see it so bad, too. Martin Freeman as Bilbo will be amazing. I know it will be.

I loved that scene!

Christopher Eccleston's (sp?) Doctor is my favorite just b/c I started watching Doctor Who when he was the Doctor but I love David and Matt as the Doctor all the same. No matter who plays him the Doctor is just so lovable. :)

Thirty five minutes in and he's still not there... God, I'm getting anxious.

Holy crap. That was amazing. So sad, though.

Just letting you know, David Thewlis is in it, too :p

But Benedict was in like five or six different scenes! Not impressed. I wanted to seen more of him.

Lately, I've been thinking about horror fics. Wendigos, in particular. Do any of you write horror on the regular? I have a few questions about it.

I want to see War Horse. SO BAD.

It has maybe 3-4 good scenes in it.

It's...not a bad movie, but 80% of the movie is the horse looking silently at the camera while sad music plays. Maybe this is just me, but I find it a bit insulting that the film is SO focused on making us for us care for the horse...

And also shows the opening bit of the Battle of the Somme.

Remember the Somme?

The battle that killed almost 600,000 British boys?

Most of those on the first day!?

I felt a bit worse for those peeps than for the horse!

Until I saw the last scene with Benedict in it, all I cared about was if he was going to come back again. And, unless I missed him, I didn't see him.

He had about ten minutes of screen time in a movie of two hours and roughly five or ten minutes.

Once again: not impressed.

ETA: But, I have to say the filming and the acting was good. Yes, they did focus too much on the horse at times, and they should've concluded a few thing things in the movie for people who don't understand concepts in movies (like my mother), but I guess the majority of movies do the last thing I said.

How many posts do we have to get to for the mods to give us a new thread, again? I thought it was 20k but we're well beyond that number...
