Teens Writing for Teens, the 5th

Ok great! that's how I assumed it would begin.

Ok so do you know what the next step is? Is he going to go home and cry about it? The last class of the day is the teacher going to partner them up for the project? Is it going to be Issic's pov that takes over next?

You just use baby steps and soon you have a whole book.

For The holiday hacker the only idea i started out with was:

"Serial killer who kills on the clock of holidays."

I wrote the whole 195K book in three months all starting off from that one sentence!

Who knows maybe all I need is music, daydreams and a Word document to put all my ideas down.

That what i usually do, wite the plot for a little, write it all out and then if i get stuck plot some more.

Missus:

You'd have to have a very clear definition of what a soul is, how reincarnation works, how immortality works, etc..

But with a lot of good, clear worldbuilding, I think that could be really good.

I'm stuck on the current scene. It's so... boring.

Might be.

The only reason my series came to be was because day in and day out i would daydream in class about being one of the only people left on earth (i was severely bullied which is why) But i would need friends (which i didnt have any at the time) That's when i created Max (who was orinally my secrete crush and went by a differnt name) Laura and Pip. Then i began to wonder WHY we were the only ones left... and from there i let my imagination get carried away, and started writing it all down.

Not sure. I think it's a genre, not a technique.

It is decided -- the next time I am stuck on my short story, I am going to start my plot summary for Sticks and Stones.

Well guys, I finally finished Clockwork Prince AND submitted my first chapter of a new fan fic for it. It's got spoilers, but I feel it is okay. *sigh*

Morning guys
I've finally worked my way through a massive block in my WiP. The MC was the problem - so I'm scrapping and replacing her. It was a hard decision, but hopefully this will work out.

There is no way in hell I'm going to finish the short story in 500 more words.

Does that mean 500 words is too little or too much?

I have so much crap to do tonight.... I'm going to lose it.

Oh, I just have a huge final project in three different classes, and one of them is due tomorrow and it's kicking my butt. I also have until tomorrow (during the time we normally have class) to get all of the homework done that I haven't all semester. Because of the craziness of my life this semester, my professor is giving me until then, and won't look at the lateness of the stuff. Any later than 2:30, though, and I'm in a lot of trouble.

I feel like I'm always asking this, but... ...Anybody here?

I go to bed around 9:30-10:00 EST every night.

Also, hopefully I will finish my short story soon. My reward is watching my DHP2 DVD. I have had it for nearly a week.

Yeah, I know you go to bed kinda early, Tally. It's more because Ally and Zoom and sometimes other random people will be on late at night. ...Including me. I still haven't gone to bed, because I've been working on homework. This week really is going to kill me.

I'm here if you need to talk, but I'm watching Glee and carrying on with my short story during the breaks.

Thanks, Lisa, but I'm okay. It's just the workload that's hard, and a lot of it's my own fault. I waited until last minute, so... yeah.
