Ooh, I'm applying to Durham, Exeter and UCL too! I was going to apply to Cambridge as well but changed my mind at the last minute
My friend is applying to Oxford for English Lit and my school is really obsessed with Oxbridge so she has sessions where they give her past interview questions and things. In her practice interview they gave her a poem and basically grilled her on it. They also get her to tackle some pretty odd questions like "How can you tell the difference between poetry and prose?" Most of it isn't about having a "correct" answer, they just want to know how you think. The Student Room is really good if you want to know about things like that. They actually have all these files at my school where people have written up about their interview experience/questions. It's a bit insane. Good luck!
