ETA: Oh my gosh, Taylor, I love pyramids as long as they're sprint pyramids. What I hate is distance swims. I am a sprinter, not endurance.
Well, it depends on if I go back to swimming. I've been out with an injury for a few months and it's made me realize how destructive the competition is. I don't know how I can go back without getting supremely competitive.
Pyramids are NOT fun in swimming. Especially when you're underwater for front crawl. Back crawl/stroke (my swim team coaches can't make up their minds on what they want to call it) is alright, though.
But there is a really slow girl in my age group, and they don't start until she's back, so it gives us a break before we have to start again.
Taylor, I'm a nationally ranked swimmer, I know what stuff means
I like all sprint sets, especially the exhausting ones. My worst stroke is breast, though, which sucks. I can do a fifty free on one breath, so it doesn't bother me. Back is only fun when you're indoors, 'cause you can align yourself. Fly is my favorite, but not for more than a 100.
My best is front crawl or whatever you want to call it . My worst has to be butterfly and breast stroke. I'm super slow at breast stroke - though, I have to say that I have gotten faster - and I look like I'm a strangled, drowning... Cat, doing butterfly.
Meter. The pool in my town is pretty small. It's 25 meters long, adn th deep end is only eight feet deep. It's not the best. But, they're building a new one. Thank the good Lord.
No, lol, I meant that it's the most widely-used terms in the competition world, so it's what I say instead of front crawl. What everyone I know says instead of front crawl.
