What is that supposed to mean?

That is my frustration if you don't avoid anorexia.

But it's not that easy, Ari! Every time I look at myself in the mirror, all I can think is, "if I just had enough self-control to not be a pig, everything would be better."

ETA: Sorry, for getting all crazy like this, everyone. Long day. I'm going to bed, I won't complain tomorrow!~

I hope things are better tomorrow.

And now...I must wonder how short a scene can legally be.

Tally, you are GORGEOUS!! I mean, have you ever looked at yourself? Like, *REALLY* looked? I totally get the way you're feeling. You have no idea how much I get it. But think about all the talents you have: you can write, draw, dance, you're funny, smart, ... among others. And, on top of all of that, you're really pretty. Most girls your age are just beginning to get out of the awkward transitioning from awkward young teen, but still cute--in a younger sort of way--, to growing up and out of the roundness into the beauty stage. You're already pretty, on top of being cute.

Besides. Curvy is so much more attractive than thin.

There's a difference between skinny, thin, curvy, and being the duff. I know a lot of the time it doesn't feel like it, but there is. Thin-curvy is beautiful. Skinny...well... there's different levels there, too. Basically: What's healthy is what's the most beautiful.

I was just going to lurk and see what's up, but I had to drop in.

Tally: There is nothing wrong with being the duff. You are beautiful and smart and amazing. Everyone is the duff sometimes. It doesn't matter what everyone else thinks about you. Those who truly matter won't love you any more than they already do if you lose weight. And those who care that much about your weight aren't worth being around.

Also, anorexia destroys your stomach lining, impairs brain functions, and is really hard on your body because you're not getting the right nutrition.

And UGH just because you may be a size bigger or something like that than your other friends DOES NOT MAKE YOU the DUFF. It just means you don't have the body of a 11 year old kid anymore!

Sorry. I can rant on this subject for hours lol

Well, in my case I kinda was the duff. And still am. ...Minus the dumb, part, I mean. I've made up what I lack in looks in brains.

Tally, you are gorgeous! You are one of the prettiest girls I know. I totally get where you're coming from. I so *so* get it. Just remember that you are beautiful and smart and amazing and talented and that you don't need to do that to yourself.

I need to finish AM. But the motivation so isn't there right now. *glances at big, deep, comfy couch* ...Maybe I'll take a nap and then stay up writing all night.

Haha, I am too now. But from what I gather (since I haven't seen you) you're a pretty girl and pretty smart as well (duh, you're on a writer's forum!).

On a side note, I have to gloat to someone that I'm almost done with the first draft of my current story! Yay! I'll put off finishing it till tomorrow and start editing it the next day...
